By accessing, registering on, or using the y999pro platform available at y999pro.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "y999pro", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "Player", or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the y999pro platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y999pro. They apply to all forms of engagement with the Platform — whether accessing casino games, placing sports bets, participating in promotions, interacting with customer support, or making financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active account on y999pro:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration. y999pro enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

• You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate play, and registrations on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the y999pro Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address. This information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

y999pro operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter at our reasonable discretion — we may require you to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Accepted documentation types include:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

y999pro reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This process is conducted for your protection as well as ours and is a standard requirement under international gaming licensing compliance frameworks.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y999pro account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs on your account — whether carried out by you or by a third party who has gained access through your credentials — is your sole responsibility. y999pro will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify y999pro customer support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• Do not use publicly accessible devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks to access your y999pro account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared across other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account fully when you have finished your session, particularly on shared devices.

All financial transactions on y999pro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports a range of local and international payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits are generally credited to your y999pro account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on your selected payment provider and any applicable network conditions. y999pro is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account cashier.
• y999pro does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency are not currently supported unless explicitly stated in a platform announcement.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity. y999pro employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious financial activity and will report any such activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

y999pro processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts on a same-day basis during standard business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on public holidays in Pakistan may be processed on the next available business day.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags.
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the account, and that method must be registered in your own name.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all y999pro offers:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• y999pro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice, except where a player has already commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Odds are subject to change up until a bet is officially confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of y999pro and may be suspended at any time during a live event without prior notice.
• y999pro reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the integrity of the result is in question, where odds were published in error, or where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed in the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings on sports bets are credited to your account balance within a reasonable time following the official settlement of the relevant event.

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, use automated betting software, or engage in match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt conduct in connection with sports betting on y999pro will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y999pro platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing y999pro staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to any backend system of the Platform.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions through the creation of new accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from y999pro.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Use the y999pro brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y999pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

y999pro's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y999pro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

y999pro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect — except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at y999pro.net/terms-conditions and carries the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which y999pro operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent y999pro from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or intellectual property infringement.
